June 23, Milford, MI. Larry Gaynor, Founder & CEO of TNG Worldwide and best-selling author of Take A Chance!, did what few CEO's do for their employees: Celebrate life. 

At 8:00am, everyone left on a chartered bus to Kensington Metro Park to a private shelter on the lake and breakfast catered by Katherine's Catering including an omelet station. 

Free and delicious food is the magic elixir

After breakfast, the short meeting commenced. Larry casually mentioned that both sales and profits were up 30% for the first six months on top of the 40% increase in 2023. He then had a special celebration for his fifth employee to reach 30-year status, Doug Stover. Doug was presented a tax-free check for $30,000 and beautiful award. Even though he knew it was coming, he was shocked with joy.

After the meeting we bussed over to the Farm Center and enjoyed the petting farm and were lucky enough to see plenty of baby animals. For many, it was their first time at a petting farm.

From Kensington, we went to the Novi Sam's Club where everyone got $1000 to spend in 45 minutes. Popular picks included flat screens, patio furniture, appliances, liquor and gift cards.

Afterwards we went back to TNG headquarters where Larry passed on summer bonus checks, 30% bigger than 2023. Everyone applauded and what was most amazing is that TNG hasn't hired a single employee since 2019. There is something to be said about giving 25% of the profits to your employees to motivate 100% engagement. It was a priceless time for everyone.
